I was born and raised in Sacramento, graduated from Marysville high school having also lived in Yountville and Napa. I was for many years a single divorced mother raising my son who was a Vacaville Junior Midget Bulldog in the 1980’s. When I was a single mother, I always wanted to own my own home but did not know how the process worked, now with the historically low interest rates and many new types of loans and programs available almost anyone can enjoy the dream of home ownership. I first lived in Vacaville in 1984, relocated out of the area several times due to my job. I always returned here, like many other people, because I have found no other place like Vacaville and Solano county. I missed the people, the city and the location, situated almost halfway between the mountains and the beaches, less than an hour from San Francisco on the weekends, and a couple hours from many world-famous ski areas and the Sierra Gold Country mountains. I worked for many years at Mare Island Naval Shipyard as a submarine electrician and after it was shut down, I worked as an inside wireman for the IBEW on many local and distant construction jobs for projects including Kaiser Permanente, Alza, Genentech, SaveMart, Beringer Winery, Anheuser-Busch, Exxon (Valero), Proctor and Gamble, Intel, SMUD, Microsoft, State of California etc. I may have even worked with YOU! I really enjoyed working with so many interesting people on so many difficult and interesting jobs all over the country. Later, after feeling the pain of all of the hard work out there in the trenches, I transitioned into the real estate industry, putting to use my many years of study in business, computer science, photography and real estate courses. I am a self-starter and I am very persistent and I care for you and your family and what you want and need is priority for me.
